Oral sex on a vulva is called cunnilingus. A slang term is "going down" on someone. This is a really low risk activity for HIV (the virus that causes AIDS).
But cunnilingus puts you at significant risk for things that can be passed through skin-to-skin contact, like herpes.
To reduce your risk, you can use a latex barrier (aka: a dental dam) over the vulva.

Oral Sex on a Penis

Oral sex on a penis, is called fellatio or a blow job. It is a lower risk activity for HIV transmission than is vaginal or anal sex, but it is a higher risk than cunnilingus.
Oral sex on a penis also puts you at risk for infections like herpes and gonorrhea. The best way to reduce your risk is to use a condom. If you aren't using condom, avoid taking a partner's body fluids into your mouth.

Analingus

Analingus, or rimming, refers to using your mouth on a partner's anus. Analingus isn't generally a risk for HIV.
However, it can expose you to a number of parasites and can put you at risk for hepatitis. You can use a dental dam over the anus to help reduce your risk.
Many people enjoy oral sex, and that is perfectly fine. Just make sure to take some safety precautions!

How I lost my ex wife

When Hooking up with my ex wife, I was the most fortunate man on this Earth.
She was very supportive, caring and did almost anything for me. As time passed, I drove her away instead of creating a long lasting enjoyable relationship. After my she dumped me, I was devastated. Just remember, if your goal is to have a great serious relationship; whatever I mention here, you must do the opposite.

”Women are motivated when they feel appreciated”.

Be uncompassionate- when she was doing my laundry, cooking or just looking out for my interests, appreciating her actions and making her feel loved would have made her happy and eager to do more. Finally, she was resentful for giving so much for nothing.

Did not listen to her- My ex wife was mostly alone during the time I was working and she needed to share with and talk to me. Well, I was too tired or too busy doing other things, so she felt ignored…

Blameful- I went on and blamed her for feeling needy and neglected when she had every right to feel that way. All my she wanted was to be heard and validated.

Being insecure- women detect the lack of confidence (which is a turn off) too easy. After that they begin to lose respect and see you as a wimp. It can take a while, but that is just the beginning of the end.

I kept misbehaving long enough to lose my ex wife. It’s damn true when they say:

“You don’t know what you have until you lose it”.

Fortunately, even when I lost my wife, I was able to regain her. Changing my mentality and learning from this mistakes and behaviors made our reunion a reality.
But it was very hard to rebuild all I have destroyed. The good news is that it can be done.

Breaking up in a relationship can be a gloomy and disheartening experience. Getting your ex back is possible, believe it or not. The event was double depressing to me because I was dumped for someone else.

After a year of negotiations, I got my ex wife back. It took me so long because I was unaware of certain principles. But…

How did I get my ex back?

It wasn’t easy but required the following principles:

Patience- And lots of it, because many times I felt like killing them when I saw them together.

Space- As much as I wanted to spy or be around her all the time, I gave her breathing room and freedom.

Avoided constant calling- Only called several times a week to ensure she was fine.

Preventing arguments- I must admit that I began many disputes before I learned this principal and only delayed a positive outcome. Avoid criticism and judging as much as possible.

Remain friends- I detested this one with a passion, because I wanted to be more than just friends. But it was for the greater good.

Communication- keep it open with your ex. How else would you transmit your feelings?

Maintain a positive attitude- Even when I was demoralized, I tried to have faith and focus on a lighter, happier side of the situation.

Honestly, this disheartening situation could have been avoided if I had practiced the Alpha male principles. But I’m still happy for regaining my woman.

Nevertheless, you shouldn't imagine this situation was so simple to correct. I have to accredit myself for bearing such pain and succeeding because there were times when I was about to quit and move on.
